QuestionI need to change something with my order. How do I go about this? 

Once an order is processed, we cannot make any changes. You will be able to return your unwanted items (unless they are final sale) if you do so before the 14-day mark.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

If we can catch your order before we start processing, we will be happy to issue you a refund minus a 10% restocking fee for the credit card fees. 

We know you want your order fast, so as soon as you place your order, we are on it! Regrettably, we cannot make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to: 

Adding/Removal of a Discount Code
Billing or Shipping Address Update
Shipping Method Change

I have an online credit. How do I use it?

Maison de Perrine store credit is given by gift card.

Store Credit expires 12 months from the date it was issued. Example: Credit issued January 1, 2021, must be used by January 1, 2022, or it will be unusable. If you cannot find your credit please check your spam folder.If you still need help finding your credit, please send an email to help@maisondeperrine.com. 

Please make sure to copy and paste the entire code into the discount/gift card code box at checkout. We cannot apply the gift card after the order is placed, so if you have any questions, please email help@maisondeperrine.com. 

When can I expect my return to be processed? 

Returns are automatically processed once returned via mail. Please click here to review our return policy and a step-by-step guide to using Happy Returns.

I signed up for your email list to receive the 15% code for first-time customers but have yet to receive it. What now? 

Please check your junk mail, as first-time emails tend to end up there. Be sure to double-check the email address you gave as well. If you still need to receive the code, please email us at help@maisondeperrine.com!

I just remembered that I needed to add my discount code before checkout. Can you do it for me? 

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust payments/pricing after you submit an order. Please take your time and ensure all codes, credits, & discounts are applied BEFORE hitting "submit."

When can I expect my items to ship? 

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing it during business hours (Monday-Friday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.). If you place an order AFTER noon on Friday, you can expect it to ship out the following week.

Given the situation with COVID-19 USPS is experiencing delays in shipment speed. We ship packages within 1-2 business days of the order being received but have no control over when it will be delivered. Please give USPS 30 business days to deliver your package. If you are still waiting to receive your package after 30 business days please email help@maisondeperrine.com.

Maison de Perrine cannot guarantee that the shipping service will not lose or damage your package. Once packages are shipped from Maison de Perrine, we are not responsible. If your package is lost, please file a claim with the shipping company.

I am not getting email notifications. Why is that? 

Please triple-check that the email address associated with your online order is correct. Our emails are how you will be updated regarding order tracking, returns, account credits, etc.
